Create your Capfold account

Getting started takes a couple of minutes. You can create a free account with no card required and set up your company straight away.

Go to the sign-up page

From any page on capfold.com, select Start free. You can sign up with your email address or a Google account.

If you signed up with email, open the confirmation message and select the link to verify your address.

Give your workspace a name - usually your company or group name. You can change this later in settings.

You'll be offered two paths: set up a new company from scratch, or import an existing cap table. Pick whichever fits.

Tip. The free plan is enough to set up your first cap table and invite a few stakeholders, so you can explore before choosing a paid plan.
