Invite your team and set roles

Capfold supports multiple people in one workspace, each with a role that controls what they can see and change.

Open team settings

Go to Settings, then Team. This is where you manage everyone with access to your workspace.

Invite by email

Select Invite, enter the person's email, and choose a role - for example Admin, Editor or Viewer.

Choose the right role

Admins manage settings and billing; Editors can change the cap table; Viewers can see but not edit. Pick the least access someone needs.

Send the invite

The person receives an email to join. You can change or remove their access at any time from the same screen.
